Hello, I am Craig!
I have over 10 years of experience teaching English to individuals and businesses.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina and University of London, I hold degrees in International Studies and a CELTA degree in teaching English as a second language.
I love teaching and traveling. From 2011 to 2022, I was based in Moscow and Boston. For the past two years, I have lived in Barcelona, Spain with my wife and two kids.
My teaching philosophy Today's learners are inquisitive, ambitious and confident. They are also always on-the-go, independent and overworked. Throughout my career as an ESL teacher, I've been incredibly lucky to have worked with a wide variety of students, from primary school children to C-suite leaders. I believe that a good teacher should be patient, constantly work to improve themselves and above all, be versatile. From designing an English-language drama program for an IB school to helping Russian-speaking executives to attain their dream jobs in Canada and England, I've enjoyed adapting my teaching style and techniques to the needs and levels of my students. |
